The quena (qina quechua) is a straight flute used in the Andean countries since the time Chavin in Peru, there is more
of two thousand years. It has 6 holes drilled in the lower half and a hole drilled in the rear for harmonization.
The flute is a similar instrument except that the quena has no beak. It is an instrument that usually serves as accompaniment with the drum.
